Ingredients:

  • Chilies 10
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
  • Jaggery 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Thick tamarind pulp 2 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Achar masala 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mark cut on chilies.
  2. Mix thick tamarind pulp, tomato ketchup, achar masala, salt, crushed red chilies and jaggery and fill in chilies.
  3. Then heat oil, fry chilies and fill in bottle.
  4. In end, remaining oil and use as required.
