Aloo Chaat by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Potatoes 3
- Red chili 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Chaat masala to taste
- Tamarind chutney to taste
- Coriander leaves as required
- Mint chutney as required
To Garnish:
- Chopped onion as required
- Tomato julienne as required
- Pomegranate seeds as required
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Heat oil in wok and deep fry potatoes, till golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain on paper.
- In bowl, place fried potatoes and toss with red chili powder, cumin powder and chaat masala.
- Add mint chutney, tamarind chutney, according to taste and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve with toothpicks, in individual bowls, garnished with coriander leaves.
- You can also garnish aloo chaat with chopped onion, tomato or pomegranate seeds.
