Creamy Nutty Dessert by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

  • Milk 1/2 liter
  • Saffron a pinch
  • Hung curd 500 gm
  • Caster sugar 1-1/2 tsp
  • Pistachios 5-6
  • Almonds 5-6

Method:

  1. In pan, infuse saffron and milk. Boil them.
  2. In bowl, add hung curd, caster sugar and half infused milk.
  3. Mix them well.
  4. Now add remaining infused milk milk and mix them well.
  5. Add half chopped pistachios and almonds.
  6. Fold them together.
  7. Pour in bowl and garnish with remaining chopped pistachios and almonds.
  8. Chill and serve.
