Ingredients:

  • Minced beef 1/2 kg
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemons 2
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Chopped green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Crushed white cumin 1 tsp
  • Oil as required

For Kachori:

  • Flour 2 bowls
  • Soda bi carbonate 1 tsp
  • Jaggery syrup 2 tbsp
  • Salt as required

Method:

  1. First mix flour, salt, jaggery syrup and soda bi carbonate nicely and put water so that flour remains little soft.
  2. Do not knead hard dough.
  3. Cover it so it becomes yeast.
  4. Put beef mince, ginger garlic paste and salt in frying pan and dry water.
  5. Now mix crushed red chilies, crushed white cumin, crushed black pepper and lemon juice, roast it lightly and remove it.
  6. When cool, add chopped onion, chopped green chilies and chopped green coriander.
  7. Now heat oil in karahi pan.
  8. Grease hands, keep some mince, close all sides, make kachori, fry on medium flame until golden and take it out.
  9. Serve with raita and imli  ki chutney.
