Ingredients:
- Minced beef 1/2 kg
- Chopped onion 1
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Lemons 2
- Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt as required
- Chopped green coriander 1/2 bunch
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Crushed white cumin 1 tsp
- Oil as required
For Kachori:
- Flour 2 bowls
- Soda bi carbonate 1 tsp
- Jaggery syrup 2 tbsp
- Salt as required
Method:
- First mix flour, salt, jaggery syrup and soda bi carbonate nicely and put water so that flour remains little soft.
- Do not knead hard dough.
- Cover it so it becomes yeast.
- Put beef mince, ginger garlic paste and salt in frying pan and dry water.
- Now mix crushed red chilies, crushed white cumin, crushed black pepper and lemon juice, roast it lightly and remove it.
- When cool, add chopped onion, chopped green chilies and chopped green coriander.
- Now heat oil in karahi pan.
- Grease hands, keep some mince, close all sides, make kachori, fry on medium flame until golden and take it out.
- Serve with raita and imli ki chutney.
