Ingredients:

  • Butter 2 oz
  • Brown sugar 4 tbsp
  • Peach halves 6

For Cup Cakes:

  • Butter 4 oz
  • Eggs 2
  • Caster sugar 2/3 cup
  • Peach essence 1/2 tsp
  • Peach puree 1/2 cup
  • Self raising flour 1-1/2 cup
  • Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  • Hung curd 2/3 cup
  • Peach juice 2 tbsp
  • Baking soda 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Grease cup cakes pan. Now melt butter and put in each cup cake. Sprinkle brown sugar and keep halves peach.
  2. Beat butter, caster sugar and peach essence with one one egg and self raising flour.
  3. Now fold baking soda, hung curd, peach juice and peach puree in remaining flour.
  4. Then put butter in cup cakes pan with spoon and bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Peach upside down cup cakes is ready.
