Ingredients:
- Butter 2 oz
- Brown sugar 4 tbsp
- Peach halves 6
For Cup Cakes:
- Butter 4 oz
- Eggs 2
- Caster sugar 2/3 cup
- Peach essence 1/2 tsp
- Peach puree 1/2 cup
- Self raising flour 1-1/2 cup
- Baking powder 1/4 tsp
- Hung curd 2/3 cup
- Peach juice 2 tbsp
- Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Method:
- Grease cup cakes pan. Now melt butter and put in each cup cake. Sprinkle brown sugar and keep halves peach.
- Beat butter, caster sugar and peach essence with one one egg and self raising flour.
- Now fold baking soda, hung curd, peach juice and peach puree in remaining flour.
- Then put butter in cup cakes pan with spoon and bake for 25 minutes.
- Peach upside down cup cakes is ready.
