Ingredients:

  • Mutton chops 1/2 kg
  • Apricots 1 cup
  • Onion 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Cinnamon 2-3 sticks
  • Cloves 3-4
  • Green cardamom 4-5
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat ghee in pan.
  2. Now roast cinnamon, cloves and green cardamom.
  3. Then add onion, ginger garlic paste and mutton chops and roast on high flame for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Now add yogurt and water as required and leave until tender.
  5. When meat tender and water dries, add coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili flakes and all spice powder and roast for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Now put tomatoes, green chilies, salt and apricots and leave for 10 minutes.
  7. When gravy is thick, dish out it, garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
