Chicken Fritters by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Chicken 300 gm
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
- Oregano 1/2 tsp
- Rose marry 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- White pepper 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Red chili flakes 1/2 tsp
- Eggs 1-2
- Bread crumbs as required
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- Vegetables for garnish
Method:
- Cut chicken into stripes, add garlic paste, worcestershire sauce, oregano, rose marry, black pepper, vinegar. red chili flakes and salt and mix it.
- Then eggs, mix it and coat with bread crumbs.
- Now heat oil in pan, fry chicken stripes, take it out and keep on tissue paper.
- When oil absorb, dish out, garnish with vegetables and serve.
