Chicken Fritters by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 300 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Rose marry 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes 1/2 tsp
  • Eggs 1-2
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetables for garnish

Method:

  1. Cut chicken into stripes, add garlic paste, worcestershire sauce, oregano, rose marry, black pepper, vinegar. red chili flakes and salt and mix it.
  2. Then eggs, mix it and coat with bread crumbs.
  3. Now heat oil in pan, fry chicken stripes, take it out and keep on tissue paper.
  4. When oil absorb, dish out, garnish with vegetables and serve.
