Ingredients:

  • Chicken biryani pieces 1 kg
  • Chopped tomatoes 2
  • Curry leaves 6
  • Whole chilies 10
  • Green chilies 8
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Lemon juice 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed coconut 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken pieces with turmeric and salt.
  2. Then heat oil and fry cumin.
  3. When fragrance comes, add chicken and roast it.
  4. Now put mustard seeds, whole chilies, curry leaves, tomatoes, crushed coconut, fennel seeds, ginger garlic paste and 1 glass water and cook it.
  5. When water dries, keep on simmer, take out in dish, put green coriander, lemon juice and green chilies and serve.
