Methi Pakorian

Ingredients:

  •  flour 1 kg 
  • Yogurt 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1 pinch 
  •  Soda 1 tsp 
for sheera:
  • Sugar half kg 
  •  Water 1 glass 
  •  Oil for frying 

Method:

  1. Mix together flour soda and salt.
  2. Then mix in yogurt and keep it  thick so that you can make pakoras.
  3. Keep it in a cool place for 2 to 3 hours 
  4. Make a sugar syrup out of sugar and water. 
  5. Heat oil in the frying pan make pakoras out of the pakora mixture and fry them till they are golden brown.
  6. Now dip these pakoras into the sugar syrup and take them out immediately and speed.
  7. Methi Pakorian are ready.

Creamy fruit chaat:

Ingredients:

  • Mango 2 pcs 
  •  Banana 6 pcs
  • Grape 1 cup
  • Peach 2pcs 
  •  Apricot 2 cup 
  • Dates 10-12 
  •  Cream 1 pkt 
  •  Chaat masala 1 / 2 

Method:

  1. Cut mangoes, bananas, grape, peaches, apricots, dates.
  2. Now mix in cream and chaat masala.
  3. Cool and then serve.

Healthy chiku shake

Ingredients: 

  • Sapodilla 1 / 2 kg
  • Dates as required 
  •  Honey 2 tbsp 
  •  Milk 1/ 2 ltr 
  •  Ice as required 

Method: 

  1. Take the peel off of the Sapodillas and cut them.
  2. Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend.
  3.  Cool and then serve
