Cheese roll 


Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese 250 gm
  • egg yolk 1 
  • white pepper 1/4 tsp
  • manda patti as required

Method:

  1. Mash cottage cheese in a bowl
  2. Then add in egg yolk and white pepper
  3. Now fold in the manda patti and make cheese rolls
  4. Fry in hot oil and serve with tomato ketchup

Dal wali kachori


Ingredients:

  • Red lentil 125 gm
  • flour 250 gm
  • salt 2 pinch
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric 1-2 pinch 
  • trumeric as required
  • oil for frying

Method:

  1. In a bowl add flour ,salt, water, form a dough make small balls
  2. Add salt , turmeric, pint of water in to the boiled red lentil and mash it
  3. Now add this filling into the dough balls and seal them
  4. Flatten them and turn them into kachoris using your hand , fry in hot oil and take them out
  5. Daal wali kachori is ready

Healthy angoor ka sharbat

 Ingredients:

  • grapes 
  • soda water 1 bottle
  • ice as required

Method:

  1. Blend grapes,soda water ,ice in a blender
  2. pour in a glass and serve while chilled.
