Lab e shireen

Ingredients:

  • Milk 1 kg
  • sugar 200 gm
  • coloured vermicelli 100 gm
  • corn flour 50 gm
  • cardamom 5-6
  • red jelly 1 pcaket 
  • green jelly 1 packet
  • khoya 1/4 kg
  • kewara essence  2 tsp

Method:

  1. Boil milk in a pan
  2. When the milk boils add in the sugar and cook until the sugar dissolves
  3. Then add in khoya and mix well
  4. Now add in kewara essence ,cardamom , corn flour (mixed with water ) and add this to the milk mixture
  5. In the end add in coloured vermicelli and pour in a dish.
  6. garnish with red and green jelly and serve
