Ingredients

For spounge cake: 

Cocoa powder                   3/4 cup
boiled water                       3/4 cup
butter                                 1-1/2 cup
sugar                                 2-1/4 cup
vanilla essence                 1tbsp
vanilla essence                 1tsp
chocolate                          680gm
flour                                    3 cup
baking powder                  1tsp
baking soda                       1tsp
salt                                      2 pinch
fresh cream                        1 cup
vinegar                                2tbsp

For Dark Chocolate Frosting: 

cocoa powder                      1/2 cup
bolied water                          1/2 cup
unsalted butter                    2-1/2 cup
icing sugar                             3/4 cup
semi sweet chocolate          680gm
salt                                           1 pinch

For Garnishing:
Semi sweet chocolate             300gm





Method

Preheat your oven on 190". Take a 25 inches spring form tin and grece it with oil and cover it with baking paper. Take 3/4 cup cocoa powder and 3/4 cup boiled water n mix it. In another bowl put 3 cup flour,1tsp baking powder,1tsp baking soda and 1 pinch salt than mix the all dry ingredience.For sour cream take a cup of cream and add 2tbsp vinegar and mix it. In a sauce pan put 1-1/2 cup unsalted butter and 2-1/2 cup icing sugar and melt them on a slow heat.Stirr the laddle continously.When the batter is ready let it cool down for 4 to 5 min.After this put it in another bowl and one by one add all egss and beat it thoroughly then add 1tbsp vanilla essence and also add half mixture of cocoa powder and beat it for few seconds and then add the remaining mixture into it and also  add sour cream and flour's mixture in it and  finely beat it. Put this mixture in the greced tin and bake it for 40 to 45 min.
           For dark chocolate frosting melt the chocolate on double boiler and allow it to cool down.Mix 1/2 cup cocoa powder in 1/2 cup boiled water. In another bowl beat 2-1/3 cup butter 3/4 cup icing sugar and a pinch of salt after fwe min add the cold melted chocolate and than put cocoa powder which we mixed in water. Frostinng is ready.                                           For assembling the cake cut the cake in two layers and cover the bottom layer with sugar syrup and than put a layer of frosting on it and put the upper cake layer on it and again repeat the same thing cover it with sugar syrup and cover all the sides with frosting.                      For garnishing melt 300gm chocolate on double boiler and allow it to cool down. Cut the baking paper in a circle shape and cover it with chocolate with the help of spatula. When the chocolate got set than remove the baking paper and set it on the sides of the cake. Again cut a circle equal to the base of the cake than cut it  again in four pieces. Cover all pieces with chocolate and put them on a celender shape so they can make in form of waves. When the chocolate got freezed than remove the paper and decorate the cake with these waves. Cake is ready.
