Ingredients:

  • Bhel puri 1 dozen
  • Boiled potatoes 4
  • Chana papri 1 packet
  • Chopped onions 2
  • Salt as required
  • Lemon 2
  • Chopped tomatoes 4
  • Chopped mint leaves 1/2 bunch

For Green Chili Chutney:

  • Green chili 8
  • Mint 1/2 bunch    
  • Green coriander 1 bunch    
  • Garlic cloves 6
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt as required

Method:

  1. Put bhel puri in one large and deep bowl.
  2. Then mix chana papri, chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, salt, lemon juice and chopped mint leaves well and put 4 boiled potatoes.
  3. For green chili chutney: Grind green chili, mint leaves, coriander leaves, garlic cloves and white cumin in blender. Then mix salt.
  4. For serving: Keep bhel puri in bowl. Also keep dates and imli ki chutney. Then put green chilli and few bhel puri on top.
  5. Keep rest keep in one bowl.
