Ingredients:
- Boiled potatoes 4
- Peeled peas 1/2 bowl
- Shredded carrots 1
- Crushed green chilies 4
- Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
- Green coriander 1/2 bunch
- Salt as required
- Flour 1/2 bowl
- Rice flour 1 bowl
- Corn flour 1/2 bowl
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
- Bread crumbs 1 packet
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Egg whites 2
- Oil as required
Method:
- Mash boiled potatoes.
- Then put shredded carrots, peeled peas and 1 tsp oil in frying pan and stir fry it. Now mash it lightly and mix in potatoes.
- Then add flour, corn flour and baking powder.
- Beat egg whites.
- Mix salt, crushed red chilies, crushed green chilies, green coriander, mint leaves and crushed black pepper in potatoes.
- Then make small small rolls of potatoes.
- Then coat with dry masalay and dip in egg whites.
- Then coat with bread crumbs, deep fry in karahi pan and fry until golden.
- Serve with tomato ketchup.
