Ingredients:

  • Boiled potatoes 4
  • Peeled peas 1/2 bowl
  • Shredded carrots 1
  • Crushed green chilies 4
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Salt as required
  • Flour 1/2 bowl
  • Rice flour 1 bowl
  • Corn flour 1/2 bowl
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs 1 packet
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Egg whites 2
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Mash boiled potatoes.
  2. Then put shredded carrots, peeled peas and 1 tsp oil in frying pan and stir fry it. Now mash it lightly and mix in potatoes.
  3. Then add flour, corn flour and baking powder.
  4. Beat egg whites.
  5. Mix salt, crushed red chilies, crushed green chilies, green coriander, mint leaves and crushed black pepper in potatoes.
  6. Then make small small rolls of potatoes.
  7. Then coat with dry masalay and dip in egg whites.
  8. Then coat with bread crumbs, deep fry in karahi pan and fry until golden.
  9. Serve with tomato ketchup.
