Deep Fried Chicken Tikka by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg or 4 pieces
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1/4 cups
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • White cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp heaped
  • Chili powder 2 tsp heaped
  • Zarda color pinch
  • Egg 1
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Chat masala to sprinkle

Method:

  1. Wash dry chicken pieces, dry it and make cuts.
  2. Now marinate with ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, white cumin roasted and crushed, chili powder, zarda color and egg and leave for 2 hours.
  3. Then fry 2 pieces at a time, sprinkle chat masala and serve.
