					Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg or 4 pieces
 
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
 
- Lemon juice 1/4 cups
 
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
 
- White cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp heaped
 
- Chili powder 2 tsp heaped
 
- Zarda color pinch
 
- Egg 1
 
- Oil for deep frying
 
- Chat masala to sprinkle
 
Method:
- Wash dry chicken pieces, dry it and make cuts.
 
- Now marinate with ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, white cumin roasted and crushed, chili powder, zarda color and egg and leave for 2 hours.
 
- Then fry 2 pieces at a time, sprinkle chat masala and serve.
