Mango Kheer by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Mango 500 grams
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Rice 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cloves 4-5
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Sugar as required
  • Dry fruits for garnishing

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pot.
  2. Now add sugar.
  3. When sugar is dissolve add little little rice and stir it continuously.
  4. When kheer is thick, add mango pulp.
  5. Now also add cardamom powder and mix it well.
  6. Heat ghee in another pan and put cloves.
  7. When roast, add kheer in and mix well.
  8. Now dish out kheer garnish, with mango slices and dry fruit and serve.
