Mango Kheer by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Mango 500 grams
- Milk 1 liter
- Rice 1/2 cup
- Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Cloves 4-5
- Ghee 2 tbsp
- Sugar as required
- Dry fruits for garnishing
Method:
- Heat oil in pot.
- Now add sugar.
- When sugar is dissolve add little little rice and stir it continuously.
- When kheer is thick, add mango pulp.
- Now also add cardamom powder and mix it well.
- Heat ghee in another pan and put cloves.
- When roast, add kheer in and mix well.
- Now dish out kheer garnish, with mango slices and dry fruit and serve.
