Doodh kay ladoo

Igredients:

  •  milk 2 kg
  •  sugar 200 gm
  • glucose 1 tbsp
  • postachio 50 gm
  • almond 50 gm
  • cardamom pwd 1/4 tsp
  • hoya 1/2 kg
  • rabri 2 tsp

Method:

  1. Add tartri (citric acid) to boiled milk
  2. when the milk curdles sieve with a malmal cloth and separate the water.
  3. In a pan put the cheese then add in sugar and glucose and cook on a low flame until the water evaporates.
  4. In the end add in pistachios and cardamom powder and leave to cool
  5. garnish with almonds and serve

Mogra

Ingredients:

  • Gram flour 250 gm
  • crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
  • yellow food colour 1/2 tsp
  • salt 1 tsp
  • soda as required

Method:

  1. In a pan add in salt, black pepper, soda ,yellow colour and dissolve everything
  2. When a thick mixture is ready pass it thru a net mould and gry in hot oil
  3. Sprinkle on chaat masala and serve.
