Kaleji ka salan
Ingredients:
Liver 500gm
oil 4 tbsp
onion paste 1
ginger paste 1 tsp
garlic paste 1 tsp
fenugreek seeeds 1/4 tsp
coriander powder 1 tsp
red chilli powder 1-1/2 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
yogurt 1cup
salt to taste
garam masala 1/4 tsp
dried fenugreek 1/2 tsp
fresh coriander 1 tbsp
Method:
Heat the oil and fry the onions till they are light brown. Now add in ginger, garlic,all of the spices and 1 tbsp water let it cook on a low flame for 1 minute.
Then add in the yogurt and let it cook untill the oil can be seen
Then add in the liver and cook untill the colour of the liver changes.
Add in two cups of water and leave to cook on low flame.
In the end add garam masala, dried fenugreek,fresh coriander and cook for 2 minutes
Kaleji salan is ready
