Kaleji ka salan 

Ingredients:

  • Liver 500gm
  • oil 4 tbsp
  • onion paste 1 
  • ginger paste 1 tsp
  • garlic paste 1 tsp
  • fenugreek seeeds 1/4 tsp
  • coriander powder 1 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • yogurt 1cup
  • salt to taste 
  • garam masala 1/4 tsp
  • dried fenugreek 1/2 tsp
  • fresh coriander 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat the oil and fry the onions till they are light brown. Now add in ginger, garlic,all of the spices and 1 tbsp water let it cook on a low flame for 1 minute.
  2. Then add in the yogurt and let it cook untill the oil can be seen
  3. Then add in the liver and cook untill the colour of the liver changes.
  4. Add in two cups of water and leave to cook on low flame.
  5. In the end add garam masala, dried fenugreek,fresh coriander and cook for 2 minutes
  6. Kaleji salan is ready
