Lasagne

Ingredients:

  • Lasagne sheets 1 pkt
  • mince 1 kg
  • butter 1 tbsp
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • crushed garlic 2 tbsp
  • bay leaf 1 pcs
  • onion 2 pcs
  •  oregano 1/4 tsp
  • thyme 1/4 tsp
  • salt to taste 
  • crushed red chilli 1 tsp
  • crushed black pepper 1 tsp
for tomato puree :
  •  tomatoes 1-1/2 kg
  • oil 2-3 tbsp
  • salt to taste 
  • crushed red chilli 1 tsp
  • oregano 1/4 tsp
  • thyme 1/4 tsp
for paneer:
  •  milk 2 kg
  • vinegar,tatri,lemon juice 1 tbsp
For garnish :
green chilli 250 gm
mozzarella cheese 1 pkt

Method:

  1. Boil the lasagne sheets and keep aside.
  2. In a pot heat up butter, onions, oil, and garlic.
  3. Then add in the mince and bay leaf. When the mince turns golden brown  add in oregano,thyme, salt , crushed red chilli,crushed black pepper and let it cook
  4. In a separate add oil , tomatoes and cook until the water of the tomatoes evaporates 
  5. Now add salt,crushed red chilli, oregano,thyme and let the mixture cool.
method of paneer:
  1. In a pan boil milk then add citric acid (tartari) when the milk curdles sieve it using a cloth
  2. paneer is ready
  3. Now in a dish spread the tomato sauce layer ,then mince layer and in then spread he lasagne sheets.
  4. Add mozzarella cheese and paneer and bake in the oven for 20 minutes
  5. once ready serve while hot
