Ingredients:

  • Beef boneless pieces 1/2 kg
  • Split bengal gram 1/2 bowl
  • Garlic cloves 4
  • Ginger 1 small piece
  • Salt as required
  • Whole red chilies 6
  • Whole all spices few
  • Whole coriander 1 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Egg white 1

For Chutney:

  • Almonds 20
  • Green chilies 4
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Lemons 2

Method:

  1. Put beef boneless boti, bengal gram, garlic cloves, ginger, whole all spices, whole red chilies, white cumin, whole coriander. 4 cup water and salt in pot and cook it.
  2. When boti and lentil tender and water dries, remove it, cool it, grind in chopper and mic egg white.
  3. Then grind chutney of green coriander, green chilies and mint leaves in blender.
  4. Then add salt and almonds.
  5. Now grease hands, keep some kabab masala, spread it, keep some chutney in center and make kabab.
  6. Make all kabab and shallow fry in frying pan.
  7. When it is fried well, remove it and serve with chili garlic sauce.
