Ingredients:
- Onion 1 large chopped
- Eggs 6 beaten
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Potatoes 2 peeled, cubed and boiled
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes 4
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp heaped
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 2 chopped
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Kasoori methi 1 tsp heaped
Method:
- Heat oil, fry chopped onion fry until soft.
- Now put chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric, chili powder, coriander and cumin and fry it.
- Now add 6 eggs and mix it until set.
- Then put boiled cubed potatoes, kasoori methi, all spice, green chilies and coriander leaves and keep on simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve with hot naan.
