Ingredients:
- Semolina 500 grams
- Condense milk 1 tin
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Sugar 2 cup
- Dry fruit as required
- Ghee 1 cup
- Jam-e-Shireen as required
Method:
- Make syrup of sugar and water as required in pan and keep it aside.
- Add ghee in another pan and roast semolina.
- Now mix syrup in it and remove it.
- Put condensed milk in pan, heat it lightly, add dry fruit and corn flour and mix it.
- Spread semolina mixture in tray.
- Make layer of condensed milk mixture on top.
- Then cool it, garnish with jam-e-shireen and serve.
