Ingredients:

  • Semolina 500 grams
  • Condense milk 1 tin
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 cup
  • Dry fruit as required
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Jam-e-Shireen as required

Method:

  1. Make syrup of sugar and water as required in pan and keep it aside.
  2. Add ghee in another pan and roast semolina.
  3. Now mix syrup in it and remove it.
  4. Put condensed milk in pan, heat it lightly, add dry fruit and corn flour and mix it.
  5. Spread semolina mixture in tray.
  6. Make layer of condensed milk mixture on top.
  7. Then cool it, garnish with jam-e-shireen and serve.
