Ingredients:
- Potatoes 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 1/2 kg
- Milk 1 cup
- Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Crushed green chilies 2 tsp
- Chopped garlic cloves 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Green coriander 2 tbsp
- Oil for frying
Ingredients for Bhagar:
- Curry leaves 8
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Chopped ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
- Grate potatoes, deep fry it and take it out.
- In put milk, chopped & roasted cumin, chopped green chilies, chopped garlic and salt and beat it.
- Then put beaten yogurt in dish.
- Then heat 4 tbsp oil, make bhagar of curry leaves and cumin and give tarka on yogurt.
- In end put fried potatoes on top and serve.
