Ingredients:

  • Potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1/2 kg
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Crushed green chilies 2 tsp
  • Chopped garlic cloves 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Green coriander 2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying

Ingredients for Bhagar:

  • Curry leaves 8
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Chopped ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Grate potatoes, deep fry it and take it out.
  2. In put milk, chopped & roasted cumin, chopped green chilies, chopped garlic and salt and beat it.
  3. Then put beaten yogurt in dish.
  4. Then heat 4 tbsp oil, make bhagar of curry leaves and cumin and give tarka on yogurt.
  5. In end put fried potatoes on top and serve.
