Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg or 12 pieces
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1-1/2 cup
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder 3 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Almonds 20 blanched and grinded
  • Brown onion grinded 1/2 cup
  • Whole spices mixed 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp leveled
  • Ginger julienne 1 tbsp
  • Nutmeg grinded 1/4 tsp
  • Mace grinded 1/4 tsp
  • Kewra water 1 tbsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat ghee, put mixed whole spices, salt, chili powder, coriander powder, yogurt and chicken and fry well.
  2. Also add 1 cup water, cover it and cook till approx ready.
  3. Then put brown onion, grinded almonds, ginger julienne, nutmeg, mace  with 1/2 cup water, cover it and cook till done.
  4. In end put all spice.
