Rabri Kheer by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Milk 2 kg
- Rice 1/2 cup
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Condensed milk 1/2 tin
- Arq-e-gulab 1 tbsp
- Green cardamom powder 1 tsp
- Rabri 250 gm
- Pistachio sliced 2 tbsp
- Silver paper for garnish
Method:
- Boil milk for 30 minutes.
- Now put soaked and crushed rice and cook until rice tender.
- Now add sugar and cook more for 15 minutes until kheer is thick.
- Put cardamom powder, arq-e-gulab and condensed milk, cook for 5 minutes and remove.
- When kheer comes to room temperature, fold hot rabri
- Garnish with silver paper and pistachio sliced and serve.
