Malai Chicken Tikka by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Chicken legs 2
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Green chili paste 2 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Garnishing:

  • Vegetables as required

Method:

  1. Put chicken legs, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, cream, green chili paste, cumin powder, white pepper powder, corn flour and salt in mixing bowl and mix it nicely.
  2. Now skew it on skewers, roast on low flame on stove or bake it and give smoke of coal or steam it and bake it or fry it.
  3. Decorate with vegetables and serve.
