Ingredients:
- Chicken legs 2
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Green chili paste 2 tbsp
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
- White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
For Garnishing:
Method:
- Put chicken legs, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, cream, green chili paste, cumin powder, white pepper powder, corn flour and salt in mixing bowl and mix it nicely.
- Now skew it on skewers, roast on low flame on stove or bake it and give smoke of coal or steam it and bake it or fry it.
- Decorate with vegetables and serve.
