Ingredients:

  • White flour 500 grams
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Ghee 2-3 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Add sugar, salt and ghee in flour and knead with water as required.
  2. Now make small portions and roll thin like puri.
  3. Then heat oil in karahi pan and fry parathay.
  4. Fried parathay is ready.
