Ingredients:
- White flour 500 grams
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Ghee 2-3 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Add sugar, salt and ghee in flour and knead with water as required.
- Now make small portions and roll thin like puri.
- Then heat oil in karahi pan and fry parathay.
- Fried parathay is ready.
