Ingredients:
- Chicken liver 1/2 kg
- Rice flour 1/2 cup
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Crushed red chilies 2 tsp
- Cumin 2 tsp
- Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Crushed carom seeds 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
Method:
- First make small pieces of chicken liver.
- Now marinate with crushed red chilies, cumin, crushed garlic, salt and crushed carom seeds and leave for 30 minutes.
- Then sprinkle corn flour and rice flour, mix it put hot oil and fry it.
