Ingredients:

  • Chicken liver 1/2 kg
  • Rice flour 1/2 cup
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Crushed red chilies 2 tsp
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Crushed carom seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  1. First make small pieces of chicken liver.
  2. Now marinate with crushed red chilies, cumin, crushed garlic, salt and crushed carom seeds  and leave for 30 minutes.
  3. Then sprinkle corn flour and rice flour, mix it put hot oil and fry it.
