Taza Aloo Bukhara Drink by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Dried plum 250 g
  • Water 2 glasses
  • Black salt 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed and roasted cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 4 tbsp
  • Ice as required
  • Mint leaves as required

Method:

  1. Put 1 glass water, salt, brown sugar and dried plum in pot and boil it.
  2. When it boil, remove from stove and peel it.
  3. Now blend it with ice, 1 glass water, lemon juice and crushed and roasted cumin in blender.
  4. When all ingredients are mixed, take out in glass, garnish with mint leaves and serve.
