Ingredients:
- Dried plum 250 g
- Water 2 glasses
- Black salt 1/2 tsp
- Crushed and roasted cumin 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Brown sugar 4 tbsp
- Ice as required
- Mint leaves as required
Method:
- Put 1 glass water, salt, brown sugar and dried plum in pot and boil it.
- When it boil, remove from stove and peel it.
- Now blend it with ice, 1 glass water, lemon juice and crushed and roasted cumin in blender.
- When all ingredients are mixed, take out in glass, garnish with mint leaves and serve.
