Ingredients:

  • Fresh milk 1 liter
  • Peeled walnuts 1 tin
  • Sugar 1 bowl
  • Finely chopped almonds 15
  • Fresh cream 2 packets
  • Strawberry jelly powder 1 packet
  • Boiled noodles 1/2 packet
  • Vanilla custard powder 3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat some water, put strawberry jelly powder, make jelly and freeze it.
  2. Put fresh milk and sugar in pot and cook it.
  3. Then dissolve vanilla custard powder in some cold milk, add in milk and stir with wooden spoon.
  4. When custard is thick, remove it.
  5. Add some milk and sugar in fresh cream and beat it.
  6. Now put some custard in big bowl.
  7. Then put some pineapple cubes, some jelly, few walnuts and few chopped almonds.
  8. Then put some noodles.
  9. Make second layer like this.
  10. Then garnish with cream, walnuts, almonds, jelly, pineapple and some noodles, chill it and serve.
