Ingredients:
- Colored vermicelli 1 packet
- Milk 1 kg
- Sugar 125 grams
- Khoya 125 grams
- Crushed green cardamoms 1/2 tsp
- Dried dates 1/2 cup
- Dry fruits 1/2 cup
- Ghee 1/2 cup
- Jam-e-Shireen as required
Method:
- Roast ghee and crushed green cardamoms in pan.
- Then add colored vermicelli and roast it.
- Put milk, dry dates and sugar and dissolve sugar.
- Then crush khoya with hands and add it.
- When milk becomes thick, add dry fruits, mix it, also add vermicelli and mix it.
- Then dish out it, garnish with dry fruits and jam-e-shireen and serve.
