Ingredients:

  • Chicken 14-16 pieces
  • Green chilies 10-15
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Garlic cloves 6
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chopped onions 3
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tbsp
  • Lemons 2
  • Crushed and roasted cumin 1 tbsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan and fry onions until golden.
  2. Take out, spread on paper and keep it aside.
  3. Then put chicken and ginger garlic paste and cook until water dry.
  4. Then grind garlic cloves and green coriander and make chutney.
  5. Then put chutney and yogurt in chicken and cook until water dry.
  6. Now add crushed black pepper and crushed & roasted cumin, cover it and simmer it.
  7. Then put frying oil in frying pan and shallow fry green chilies.
  8. Now put green chilies in chicken, add some butter and again simmer it.
  9. Then take out in dish, sprinkle lemon juice, garnish with fried onion and serve.
