Ingredients:

  • China grass 50 gram
  • Milk 1 kg
  • Khoya 250 grams
  • Pistachio essence 1 tsp
  • Green color as required
  • Pistachio chopped as required
  • Canderel as required

Method:

  1. Add milk and canderel in pot and cook it.
  2. When canderel dissolves, add khoya, green color and pistachio essence, mix it nicely and cook it.
  3. Dissolve china grass in water and add in milk mixture.
  4. Put mixture in one tray, set it, garnish with chopped pistachio and leave for set on room temperature.
  5. When set, cut into pieces and serve.
