					Ingredients:
- China grass 50 gram
- Milk 1 kg
- Khoya 250 grams
- Pistachio essence 1 tsp
- Green color as required
- Pistachio chopped as required
- Canderel as required
Method:
- Add milk and canderel in pot and cook it.
- When canderel dissolves, add khoya, green color and pistachio essence, mix it nicely and cook it.
- Dissolve china grass in water and add in milk mixture.
- Put mixture in one tray, set it, garnish with chopped pistachio and leave for set on room temperature.
- When set, cut into pieces and serve.
