Ingredients:

  • Chicken finger cut 1 kg
  • Eggs 2
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. For making chicken fingers: Cut chicken boneless in finger cut.
  2. Now marinate with eggs, ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, crushed red chilies, mustard paste and  lemon juice and keep it for a while.
  3. Now roll in bread crumbs, put in oven proof dish and put oil on it.
  4. In end, bake it on 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
