Ingredients:
- Chicken finger cut 1 kg
- Eggs 2
- Bread crumbs 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Mustard paste 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Crushed red chilies 1/2 tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
- For making chicken fingers: Cut chicken boneless in finger cut.
- Now marinate with eggs, ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, crushed red chilies, mustard paste and lemon juice and keep it for a while.
- Now roll in bread crumbs, put in oven proof dish and put oil on it.
- In end, bake it on 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
