Ingredients:
- Chicken breast (cubes) 300 gm
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Green chili sliced 3-4
- Carrot sliced 1 medium
- Spring onion sliced 3
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Onion chopped 1 medium
- Bread slice 2
- Bake parlor pasta and bake parlor masala mix sachet
Method:
- Boil paste in salted water for 5 minutes until it remains 1/4.
- Now strain hot water, put cold water, mix 1 tbsp oil and keep it aside.
- Heat 5 tbsp oil in pan add ginger garlic and onion and fry for 2 minutes on medium heat.
- Then put chicken and masala mix sachet and fry for 1 minute.
- Then add 2 cups of water and cook until it boils.
- Then cook 15 minutes more on medium heat.
- Now remove cover and cook on high flame until water dries.
- Put bread slice, cooked chicken, carrot, green chilies and spring onion in chopper and make fine mince.
- Now mix pasta in this mixture nicely.
- Now make croquettes of mince.
- Heat oil in fry pan, fry them on both sides and serve hot bake parlor BBQ sauce.
