Ingredients:
- White lentil 250 gm
- Onion 1
- Green chilies 6
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves chopped 10 to 12
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- White cumin roasted and crushed 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Grind soaked white lentil in chopper and mix mixture well with spoon.
- Now put chopped onion, green chilies, ginger and curry leaves, mix it nicely and keep for hour.
- Mix salt and soda just before frying.
- Then deep fry until golden.
- Now serve with chutney and sanbar.
