Mango Ice Cream by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Mangoes 3-4
- Cream 2 cups
- Condensed milk 1 can
To Garnish:
- Mango 1
- Cream whipped 1/2 cup
Method:
- In blender, put mango chunks, condensed milk and cream and blend till smooth and freeze in air-tight tin.
- Remove once half set, beat up and freeze again.
- Repeat this method of letting ice cream set and then beating again 3 times.
- Freeze overnight and then serve scoops of mango ice cream with more chopped mangoes and cream piped if desired.
