Ingredients:
- Beef undercut 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Chopped green chilies 8
- Lemons 3
- Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
- Salt as required
- Crushed onions 2
- Oil 1 cup
Method:
- Make small botiyan of beef undercut.
- Now heat oil in pot and fry crushed onion until light pink.
- Then put botiyan, salt and ginger garlic paste.
- When water of meat dries, roast it lightly and add yogurt and chopped green chilies.
- When water of yogurt dries, put crushed black pepper and lemon juice and keep on simmer for 5 minutes.
- Dum ka gosht is ready.
