Ingredients:

  • Beef undercut 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 8
  • Lemons 3
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Crushed onions 2
  • Oil 1 cup

Method:

  1. Make small botiyan of beef undercut.
  2. Now heat oil in pot and fry crushed onion until light pink.
  3. Then put botiyan, salt and ginger garlic paste.
  4. When water of meat dries, roast it lightly and add yogurt and chopped green chilies.
  5. When water of yogurt dries, put crushed black pepper and lemon juice and keep on simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Dum ka gosht is ready.
