Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Onion 1
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Whole red chili 6
- Whole green chilies 4
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Cashew nut grinded 8
- Green cardamom 1/2 tsp
- Cream 4 tbsp
For Chutney:
- Coriander leaves 1 cup
- Mint 1/2 cup
- Green chilies 8
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1/4 cup
Method:
- For chutney: Blend all ingredients.
- Wash chicken, mark cut and marinate it
with chutney.
- Now put in pan and cook without oil and
water on low flame.
- Now heat oil in separate pan, put onion,
ginger garlic paste, whole red chili, whole green chili, yogurt, salt, chili
powder, coriander powder and crushed black pepper and fry it.
- Then put cashew nut grinded, green
cardamom and cooked chicken and cook for 15 minutes.
- Then take out in platter, put cream and serve with french fries.
