Apricot Biscuit Delight by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Biscuits broken 2 cups
- Apricots soaked 200 gm
- Fresh cream 2 packets
- Almonds toasted 3 tbsp
For Custard:
- Milk 4 cups
- Sugar 8 tbsp
- Vanilla custard powder 3 tbsp
- Condensed milk 4 tbsp
- Bake parlor colored vermicelli 1 packet or 100 gm
Method:
- Soak apricots for 2 hours.
- Now take out it seeds, cook in 1/4 cup water for 15 minutes until soft.
- Now keep it aside.
- Make custard with milk and sugar until it boils.
- Then add vanilla custard and 1/4 cup cold milk.
- Also add vermicelli, stir it until it thick.
- Now take it out and cool it.
- Put biscuits broken in serving dish.
- Now make layer of condensed milk and custard.
- Then put apricots and make layer of fresh cream.
- In end, garnish with toasted almonds and serve chill.
