Ingredients:

  • Biscuits broken 2 cups
  • Apricots soaked 200 gm
  • Fresh cream 2 packets
  • Almonds toasted 3 tbsp

For Custard:

  • Milk 4 cups
  • Sugar 8 tbsp
  • Vanilla custard powder 3 tbsp
  • Condensed milk 4 tbsp
  • Bake parlor colored vermicelli 1 packet or 100 gm

Method:

  1. Soak apricots for 2 hours.
  2. Now take out it seeds, cook in 1/4 cup water for 15 minutes until soft.
  3. Now keep it aside.
  4. Make custard with milk and sugar until it boils.
  5. Then add vanilla custard and 1/4 cup cold  milk.
  6. Also add vermicelli, stir it until it thick.
  7. Now take it out and cool it.
  8. Put biscuits broken in serving dish.
  9. Now make layer of condensed milk and custard.
  10. Then put apricots and make layer of fresh cream.
  11. In end, garnish with toasted almonds and serve chill.
