Ingredients:
- Chicken with bone 500 gm
- Olives 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes lice 2
- Onion slice 1
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
- Olive oil 1-2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, black pepper, all spice powder and salt.
- Now heat oil in pan and fry chicken.
- Add water as required and cook until tender.
- Then add tomato, onion and olives and cook it.
- When mixture dries, dish out, garnish with green coriander and serve.
