Ingredients:
- Milk 1 liter
- Vermicelli 1 cup
- Sugar 2 cups
- Clove 2
- Chopped small cardamoms 6
- Dry dates 8
- Finely chopped pistachios 15
- Finely chopped almonds 10-12
- Ghee 2 tbsp
Method:
- Take out seeds of dry dates and cut into 4 pieces each.
- Put ghee in pot and put chopped small cardamoms and cloves.
- When fragrance comes, put finely vermicelli and roast it lightly.
- Then take out vermicelli, put dry dates, finely chopped pistachios and finely chopped almonds, fry it and take out.
- Now remove pot, cool for 5 minutes and put milk.
- Then put sugar and cook for some while.
- When sugar dissolves, put vermicelli and dry dates, pistachios and almonds and serve hot.
