Ingredients:

For Base:

  • Digestive biscuit 200 gm
  • Butter 100 gm

For Cheese Cake Filling:

  • Cream cheese 200 gm
  • Whipped cream 300 gm
  • Caster sugar 4 tbsp
  • Butter scotch essence 1 tsp
  • Gelatin 2 tbsp
  • Nutella 1/2 cup
  • Caramel sauce 1/2 cup

For Caramel Sauce:

  • Brown sugar 1/2 cup
  • Butter 2 oz
  • Cream 1/2 packet

Method:

  1. For caramel sauce: Mix all ingredients and cook until thick.
  2. Crush digestive biscuits finely.
  3. Now mix with melted butter, make base and cool until it sets completely.
  4. For filling: Dissolve gelatin.
  5. Beat cream cheese with caster sugar.
  6. Fold butter scotch essence, beaten cream, gelatin and 3 tbsp caramel sauce in nutella and keep set until it is ready.
  7. Then take it out and spread remaining caramel sauce.
  8. In end, set it and decorate with piped cream.
