Garlic Alsi Naan by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Flour (maida) 2 cup
- Yeast 1 tbsp
- Garlic hopped 4-5 cloves
- Alsi seeds 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Butter 1 cup
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Add yeast and sugar in lukewarm water, mix it and leave it.
- When yeast rises, put in mixing bowl.
- Now add flour, salt and half butter and knead with water or milk.
- Now cover it and leave for 2-3 hours.
- Then take it out, knead it and make portions.
- Roll thick, mark cuts with knife and sprinkle alsi seeds.
- Now bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes on 200 degrees C.
- When color comes, brush with butter and bake more for 1-2 hours.
- Take it out and serve hot.
