Chocolate Cupcakes by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

  • Flour 8 oz
  • Baking powder 1 tbsp
  • Coco powder 4 tbsp
  • Caster sugar 8 oz
  • Butter 8 oz
  • Eggs 4
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Chocolate chips 100 gm

For Icing:

  • Butter 4 oz
  • Icing sugar 8 oz
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Coco powder 1 tbsp
  • Milk 2-3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Beat butter and caster sugar in bowl nicely and add eggs, flour, coco powder, baking powder, vanilla essence and chocolate chips.
  2. Put mixture in cup cake tin and bake in preheated oven on 160 degrees C for 20 minutes.
  3. Then take out from oven and cool it.
  4. For icing: Beat butter, icing sugar, coco powder and milk and mix vanilla essence.
  5. Spread icing on cupcakes, decorate it and serve.
