Ingredients:
- Rice 100 gm
- Condensed milk 1 can
- Milk 1 liter
- Cardamom powder to taste
For Garnish:
- Chopped plain pistachios 3-5
- Chopped almonds 3-5
Method:
- Wash rice, take out from water and dry it.
- Boil milk, add rice and cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Stir it continuously and cook until boil.
- Then low flame and check rice is soft.
- If rice is not soft, boil more for few minutes.
- Low flame, put cardamom powder and condensed milk and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Take out kheer in bowls and chill more.
- Before serving garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios.
