Ingredients:
- Chicken wings 1/2 kg
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Flour 3/4 cup
- Corn flour 1/4 cup
- Egg 1
- Paprika 1 tsp
For Sauce:
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Hot sauce 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Onion chopped 1/2 cup
- Tomato puree 1/4 cup
- Ketchup 1/2 cup
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Brown sugar 2 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
- Pineapple juice 1/4 cup
For Rice:
- Boiled rice 3 cups
- Spring onion finely chopped 1 cup
- Crushed garlic 1 tsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Paprika 1/2 tsp
- Chicken powder 1 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
For Topping:
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Cream cheese 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Mix chicken wings with salt, flour, corn flour, egg and paprika and deep fry chicken wings.
- For sauce: Heat oil and fry crushed garlic.
- Now put remaining ingredients and cook it until thick.
- Now toast fried wings in it.
- For rice: Heat butter and crushed garlic.
- Now add spring onion finely chopped, salt, paprika powder, chicken powder and vinegar with boiled rice, toast it nicely and keep it aside.
- For topping: Cook all ingredients until thick.
- For assemble: Put rice in serving dish.
- Put wings on top, put topping, bake for 10 minutes and serve immediately.
