Ingredients:

  • Chicken wings 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Flour 3/4 cup
  • Corn flour 1/4 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Paprika 1 tsp

For Sauce:

  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Hot sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Onion chopped 1/2 cup
  • Tomato puree 1/4 cup
  • Ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 2 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Pineapple juice 1/4 cup

For Rice:

  • Boiled rice 3 cups
  • Spring onion finely chopped 1 cup
  • Crushed garlic 1 tsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Paprika 1/2 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp

For Topping:

  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Cream cheese 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Mix chicken wings with salt, flour, corn flour, egg and paprika and deep fry chicken wings.
  2. For sauce: Heat oil and fry crushed garlic.
  3. Now put remaining ingredients and cook it until thick.
  4. Now toast fried wings in it.
  5. For rice: Heat butter and crushed garlic.
  6. Now add spring onion finely chopped, salt, paprika powder, chicken powder and vinegar with boiled rice, toast it nicely and keep it aside.
  7. For topping: Cook all ingredients until thick.
  8. For assemble: Put rice in serving dish.
  9. Put wings on top, put topping, bake for 10 minutes and serve immediately.
