Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1 kg
- Curd 1 cup
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
For Paste:
- Onions 1-1/2
- Tomatoes 2
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Ginger 2 inch
- Cashew nuts few
For Cooking:
- Onion chopped 1
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Tomato chopped 1
- Salt to taste
- Green chilies 2-3
- Mint leaves as required
Method:
- For marination: Marinate chicken with curd, garam masala, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt and ginger garlic paste for 2-3 hours.
- For paste: Put all ingredients in blender, blend it and cook in pan for 30 minutes.
- For cooking: First cook marinated chicken in oven.
- After some smoke, put oil in pan, heat it, put chopped onion and ginger garlic paste and fry until brown.
- Then put tomato, salt, red chili and some garam masala and fry it.
- Now put roasted chicken and cook for while.
- Then cook paste for 5 minutes more.
- Then sprinkle green chilies and mint leaves.
- Smoked roast is ready.
- Serve with raita and naan.
