Ingredients:

For Pizza Dough:

  • All purpose flour 500 gm
  • Yeast 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Pizza Topping:

  • Beef fajita as required
  • Pizza sauce 1/2 cup
  • Mushroom slice 1 cup
  • Olives oil 1 cup
  • Chili pickle 3-4
  • Mozzarella cheese 500 gm
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Butter 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. For pizza dough: Heat water, mix yeast and sugar nicely and leave for 15 minutes.
  2. Add salt, baking powder and yeast in flour, knead it nicely and leave for 3-4 hours.
  3. Then take out dough, fold with hands, grease tray with oil or butter and set it. Dough is ready.
  4. For topping and baking: Bake baking tray in preheated oven on 50 degrees C for 15 minutes, so that it rises.
  5. Now take out baking tray.
  6. Cut dough from center, spread pizza sauce, fill with beef fajita, sprinkle some mushroom slice, olives slice, black pepper, mozzarella cheese and chili pickle, close it, put remaining mushrooms, olives, black pepper, chili pickle, cheese and oregano on top.
  7. Then bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Take it out and serve hot.
