Ingredients:
For Pizza Dough:
- All purpose flour 500 gm
- Yeast 1-1/2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
For Pizza Topping:
- Beef fajita as required
- Mozzarella cheese 300 gm
- Butter as required
Method:
- For pizza dough: Heat water, mix yeast and sugar nicely and leave for 15 minutes.
- Add salt, baking powder and yeast in flour, knead it nicely and leave for 3-4 hours.
- When dough rises, take it out and fold with hands.
- For topping: Make bun, fill with beef fajita and mozzarella cheese and bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 15-20 minutes.
- Take it out, keep in serving plate and serve hot.
